With the passage of the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act (41 CFR section 60-300) along with the passage of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (41 CFR section 60-741), Federal Contractors and Sub Contractors will be working with the Federal Government to set benchmark and goals for the employment of qualified Veterans and individuals with disabilities within their operations. Ongoing monitoring and goal setting will occur between the federal government and contractors towards these benchmarks and goals.
